Trovr helps you find live music in the New York area: concerts, jazz sets and DJ nights, each with a preview of the artist. Trovr is operated by Nissan Ventures Inc., a United States company ("we"). These terms cover trovr.ai and the Trovr app for AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT (together, "Trovr"). By using Trovr you agree to them.

What Trovr is

Trovr is a guide. We gather listings of public events from venues, ticket sites and other public sources, and add music previews from Apple Music. We don't sell tickets, and we aren't the organiser of any event. Ticket links take you to third-party sellers, whose own terms and prices apply.

Listings can be wrong

Events change, sell out, move or get cancelled, and our information can be out of date or incomplete. Prices shown are indications from the seller. Check the details with the venue or ticket seller before you buy or travel. The concierge and the AI assistant app make suggestions; they can be mistaken.

Your use of Trovr

• Use Trovr for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Don't scrape, copy or resell Trovr's listings in bulk, overload the service, or try to get around its limits or security.
• Don't use the concierge to send anything unlawful, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share.
• If you sign in, keep your account secure. We may limit or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Content from others

Event names, artist names, images and music previews belong to their owners. Previews are provided by Apple Music. Trovr links to other websites that we don't control and aren't responsible for.

Using Trovr inside AI assistants

When you use Trovr in an assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT, that assistant's provider handles your conversation under its own terms and privacy policy. Trovr only receives the search the assistant sends, as described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty, limited liability

Trovr is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for losses from events, tickets or third-party sites. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

Changes

We may change Trovr or these terms. When we change the terms, we'll update the date above; continuing to use Trovr means you accept the new terms.
